5 simple rules
to keep our community safe

Support, don’t judge. Bullying, threats and hate are removed, and accounts that keep doing it are closed.

You can talk about the hardest things here. Never describe ways to self-harm or post anything graphic. If you’re in danger, tap Urgent help.

No sexual content or requests. LivesWispear is a support space, not a dating app.

Never share your own or anyone else’s real name, number, address or photos. Nicknames keep everyone safe.

If something feels wrong, tell us. We’d rather check than miss it. Breaking these rules again and again leads to suspension.
