Terms of service

By using LivesWispear, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our community guidelines and privacy policy.

1. Who can use LivesWispear

You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. You may have only one account, and you’re responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.

2. Peer support, not professional care

LivesWispear is a place to share and support each other as peers. Members aren’t medical or mental health professionals, and nothing on LivesWispear is medical advice. It is not a crisis service: in an emergency, call 112 or a helpline on our safeguarding page.

3. Your content

You own what you share. You give LivesWispear permission to store and display it so we can run the service, and you can delete it at any time. Don’t share anything you don’t have the right to share.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our community guidelines. You must not misuse the service, try to access other people’s accounts, interfere with how the site works, or impersonate others, including LivesWispear staff or our founder.

5. Our names and marks

The LivesWispear name, logo, and the founder’s name and marks, including ALPHAX™, belong to LivesWispear and can’t be used without our written permission.

6. Ending your account

You can stop using LivesWispear at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

7. Supporter plans

Supporter plans aren’t on sale yet. Before they open, we’ll publish their prices, billing and cancellation terms here.

8. Changes to the service

We’re always improving LivesWispear, so features may change. We’ll update these terms when needed and change the date above.

9. Liability

We work hard to keep LivesWispear safe and available, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for what members post or for losses that come from using the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
