LivesWispear is not a crisis service
Members support each other as peers. They aren’t counsellors, doctors or emergency responders, and replies may not come straight away. If you need help right now, please use the numbers above.
If you’re worried about someone else
Encourage them to contact one of the helplines above, and if they’re in immediate danger, call 112. You can also tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL], and include the person’s nickname and what worried you.
How we respond to concerns
- We review reported content and remove anything that puts people at risk.
- We make sure the person at risk is shown where to find urgent help.
- If we believe someone’s life is in serious danger, we may share the information we have with emergency services, where the law allows.
Children and young people
LivesWispear is for people aged 18 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we’ll close it. Children in India can call Childline on 1098 at any time.
Volunteers and staff
Everyone who helps run LivesWispear follows our community guidelines, is trained before they support members, and must never ask members for personal contact details.
